I read so many great reviews on the Internet including such serious engines like Google, Insider Pages and Judy's Book posted by satisfied customers for Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company that I called them for a quote on my move from Catonsville to Bel Air. I spoke with Anna at the company's Customer Support and she guided me through the beginning process and what to look for in a moving company and the questions to ask all the other companies that were quoting me as well. She took my information and told me she would contact me momentarily and within 10 minutes Anna called me with the flat-rate binding quote. She was very helpful and asked me questions that most of the other companies did not ask and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She quoted me $1100 initially ( not much since I have 5 bedroom house) and after speaking with 10 other companies I called here with their quotes to see if she could do any better. Here email said they would beat the quote of any reputable competitor and one of the quotes was the exact same services (so I thought) for 1000.00 when I forwarded the quote to them she actually picked it apart and saved me from making a dire mistake because she told me that the quote was actually based on cubic feet (which has been outlawed for local moves by the D.O.T she told me) and that it did not include a gas fee, or several other fees. And then at that point I decided to move with Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company because to be honest, I liked Anna and she was up front and honest about everything. The actual move went great and everything was picked-up on time, delivered on time and I was not charged anything but my original quote. I would and will recommend this moving company to anyone that I know is moving in Baltimore area.
