I have been under Dr. Kuo's care since he began work in Champaign, and my experience has been excellent. I have found him friendly yet thorough and precise when it comes to my dental care. The staff has been friendly and thoroughly professional. I rarely spend more than a few minutes in the waiting room. I have not seen anything like the complaints that other reviewers have offered. Neither have the other 5 members of my family who see Dr. Kuo. Don't avoid this dentist because someone had a bad day - this office offers quality care and keeps you on time.
