I have to start by saying that I have never wrote a review for a company.
The service I received at Jtec was so impressive that I just had to post it.
JTEC WAS GREAT!!!
I have a Dell notebook that was not turning on. Well I would get lights but it woud reboot before going into windows.
Dell told me to reload my computer without telling me I would overwrite my data. I seemed to have lost everything! I called Dell back to ask about where my data went and they told me I should of had a backup and should have known I would lose everything. I am not a computer tech but I felt like an idiot. Worst of all.. My computer STILL did not work.
2 seperate friends recommended Jtec and since I live in Hillsborough I went there. Like I said above... They were GREAT! They didn't treat me like I was stupid. They recoverd all of my data and got my machine running again. I actually like my computer again.
Since, I have had them build a laptop for my wife and she loves it!
They say what they are going to do in english and they do it. You can't ask for more than that!
I will recommend them to everyone
