Rude, unprofessional and doesn't retun phone calls....our experience trying to refinance our home was an utter nightmare thanks to the people at American Home Mortgage. It cost us twice what we expected to pay, and we didn't even refi with them! Stay clear of these people, they will run you around and run circles around you.
