Review content:
I ran across this shop while out looking madly for an engagement ring for the little woman. My wife had rather specific tastes (white gold, princess cut, etc etc), and I was having difficulties finding it. The folks there were very helpful and friendly. When they discovered that they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, they offered to make me one, within hours no less. I was saved. They showed me some very good quality loose diamonds, and I found an excellent quality stone VERY cheaply. We chose a setting, and they assured me they could make my ring that afternoon, which they did. The setting is where the mixed results come in, however. The setting itself was a little sloppy looking; the prongs started splitting within days, and we took the ring back to be fixed within a month. The fix, if anything, looked worse and was less reliable than the first try. We eventually took the ring to another store and got the diamond set into a new band which looks MUCH better. I still bought the diamond so cheaply, however, that I'm happy with the deal. Just be careful with the quality on the settings here. Mine might have been due to the rush? Don't know. Just be a careful shopper :)
