Not only was Diana late to my hair appointment, she did a poor job with the haircut itself, giving me an extremely elaborate up-do that I didn't ask for and didn't want, resulting in a surprise $30 bonus when I paid at the end, as well as a head caked in a sold wall of hairspray. Don't go here if you are younger than thirty (or forty, or fifty), this places' archaic styles are meant for an older crowd.
