I have been going to Holten for a few years for their Life Coach services as well as massages (best massages ever!). I injured my back to the point of not being able to pick up my two year old son, much less move around affectively. After seeing my family doctor, having an MRI and seeing a back surgeon, I learned that the recommended treatment was Chiropractic Care and of course Holten was the first place that I thought of. Dr Holten did an amazing job of helping my husband and I understand the results of my MRI and how we could fix it. I signed up for 18 weeks of intense treatment including Chiropractic, Disc Decompression and Physical Therapy. I just wrapped up a week or so ago and I can honestly say that I feel much better than I have in years. When I started this treatment I had expectations to return to my normal self prior to the severe injury, but I feel so much better than that. I was unknowingly living with pain that I didn't need to be living with. They've taught me how to further improve and maintain my strength and flexibility, have me set up on a maintenance plan and I know that my quality of life will only improve as I go forward. I would recommend them to anyone who wants / needs any of their services. They are amazing - the staff is top notch, very genuine and knowledgeable. You won't be sorry if you choose HWC.
