In short, Ty Ethridge and his smart staff of dental pros get top kudos from our family!
I’ve been to more dentists than I can count in other major cities I’ve lived in. (Sadly, my naturally straight but inexplicably cavity-prone teeth have given me little choice.) Usually, I ended up at the best of the best Dental Offices in each city after having unsatisfactory experiences with basically less good and certainly less professional Dental Practices. Point being; I’ve been around the dental chair a few more times than I care to tell. What it has given me is a keen appreciation of truly GOOD dentists – Dr Ty Ethridge being one of the very best I’ve ever experienced. I came to him nearly three years ago with several old, crumbling filings, a couple poorly done/miss-fitting crowns and a genuine need of deep cleaning. I now have pain-free, whiter, cleaner and healthy teeth. As does my husband (I’m so jealous as he has maybe two fillings ever!) who is having the Invisalign cosmetic treatment to perfect his smile. My 3-year-old daughter loves going to the dentist after her four trips thus far. His office is super kid friendly and she relates it to fun now. Though I was pleased to be altered to it early before it broke -- much to my surprise, I was alerts to a deeply cracked back tooth on my last dental hygiene appointment. A week later, I was in to get the crown fitted before a long trip I had planned. Two days later on a Friday I flossed the temp crown out accidently (whoops, forgot I was not supposed t floss that harshly there until the perm went in) and Ty Ethridge met me at his office first thing Saturday morning specially to reglue my temp crown. I mean it was so easy I was yet again impressed by this practice’s dedication and professionalism.
Besides, the staff always seems very happy and upbeat. Obviously, it’s a tight, well-run ship focused on making loyal clients who will choose this office for a lifetime.
