My name is Randy. I own a 94 Chevy Silverado 4x4. I take good care of my truck and bought it new. I recently visited your dealership. I met Todd Satterlee for my parts and he went above and beyond what is normal for costumer service! he treated me great and I felt very comfortable with trusting him. I would not have left my truck with the service department, because I am very skeptical because of all the dealers. But Todd introduced me to Dab Cudmore and I had the greatest experience getting my truck fixed. The truck was finished on time and left clean, even your shuttle bus driver was great!! Please keep up the great work and please tell everyone there, thank you for me. You have my business now, and will tell a friend. - Randy S.
