I really enjoy the middlesex-- the drinks are really fantastic. I love their list has wonderful crafted drinks that are interesting and they're available during the club nights they host. The music is always awesome, and they have a huge variety in the types of nights they put on. The drawbacks would be that the place is small so it does get really crowded, and of course, there are some douchebags who go. Not much you can do about the latter except avoid them and have your good time :)
