William is a great trainer who has been involved in helping train my fear-aggressive ACD and teaching him how to behave in the presence of strange dogs and new people. We have progressed so far in our training that he is now able to participate in doggie daycare. William has also helped give me the tools and knowledge that have helped me become a better dog owner. He is one of very few people that I would trust my dogs with, as I know that he cares and has the experience to identify and diffuse a problem before one would occur.
