Encountered a very rude owner who does not appreciate his clientele. After being made to wait almost 2 hours with no estimate or forewarning as to the extent of their work, I was shocked to hear that not only had my issue not been repaired (my trunk not opening) but rather they had spent that time disassembling the back seats and trunk latches. When I refused to pay $230 just to get my trunk to open, they attempted to make me pay for labor anyways. After the owner's rude comment to me (and prompt exit), one of the employee's was forced to apologize for his behavior. I left with my backseats in disarray, a plastic bag full of trunk parts in the seat, and a feeling of disbelief.
