I first came to the Hyatt downtown during my senior prom way back in '79. My date took me to Spindletop...WOW! I thought that was the coolest restaurant I had ever seen. I decided to bring my husband to Spindletop to see how it had changed. It was superb. We enjoyed a fabulous candlelit dinner and watched the buildings and cars below go by. It was just as I remembered it only updated with a much better menu. The funny thing was seeing at least five other couples experiencing their prom night there too!
