Review content:
While planning a special event I went to see what Fig U Rose had to offer. The selection of gifts was great and floral arrangements seemed nice. After discussing timing and price I placed my order five weeks in advance and supplied my own balloons, etc. The day of the event I showed up, and it was only then brought to my attention that mine had been given away the previous day. No call, no apology, nothing,,, I had to scramble and call two seperate times to encourage them to do the right thing and replace my order with something similar. My theme wasn't as well presented as I had planned and the only explantion I recieved from the staff was, "well accidents happen." It's no accident that I haven't been back!
