Review content:
My child attended the transition-toddler classroom. It was an unpleasant experience especially so since this was the first time she was going to a large place with many children. 1. Not enough trained teachers. Most teachers have not been working in the center for more than a year, some do not even have background checks completed. My child's classroom had a supposedly 1:6 ratio and it used to invariably end up as 9 to 10 kids crammed together. And we were lucky if it was not a floater teacher who worked with my child. 2. Not enough group activities planned for the children. they have a daily schedule which is loosely adhered to...really really loosely... depending on the teacher's convinience. 3. Extremely tedious process to get the kids to an enclosed playground by an elevator. 4. An uninterested director, more interested in the finances than the well being of the children that attend.
