(Zhenya) did an excellent job. This is the primary reason why I purchased the vehicle from Toyota of North Hollywood. Altogether, I spoke numerous dealers in two different states (where my primary and secondary residences are). Because Zhenya excelled during the negotiation process, I purchased the car from her. The negotiation…. was straight forward, (Zhenya) addressed my specific questions and responded to my exact requests in terms of the model and features I was looking for. She did not try to sell me or talk me into something else. I negotiated via e-mail in order to save time, and the process went extremely smoothly. I was very satisfied with this Toyota dealer."
