A friend of our family bought a very expensive ring there many years ago on lay-away, and says that the ring she got when she paid it off was not the same one she bought. The diamonds were brownish and had visible dark spots in them and were dull. They had pulled a switch! She made them pay all her money back by threatening to take them to court!
