Review content:
Newton has friendly reception staff and a few realators that have ample experience in their field of expertise. While Newton realators are eager to assist and always available for questions and help during the buying process, follow through is very poor. Trying to get a hold of someone after a deal has been "wrapped up" to finish off some needed details, they are very scarce and uncooperative.
Guest and customer service is great on the onset, but definitely lacks once Newton as gotten what they want out of the deal.
