Businiess name:  Miyo's Fine Shanghai & Szechuan Cuisine

Review content:
My wife and I had tickets to go to a movie on a Friday night in the same center and decided to go grab a bite to eat before the movie. Out of all the restaurants on the strip, Miyo's is the only restaurant that wasn't hamburgers or wings. Miyo's is an amazing chinese restaurant that stays away from your stereotypical ideas of a chinese place. Nice sit down atmosphere, great selection, and fantastic service. There was a bit of a wait (10-15 minutes) but it was definitely worth the experience. We were in a bit of a rush to make our movie, but our server (Kyle) provided excellent, prompt service for us. We've been back ever since almost every week to try something different on the menu, from sushi and sashimi, to a wide array of sushi rolls that I have yet to see in other restaurants. Amazing specialty dishes (I highly recommend the Sizzling Tenderloin served over spinach: lightly battered tenderloin tips sauteed with mushrooms in a black pepper sauce that isn't as over powering as it sounds) and amazing wok items. The specialty items can be a bit pricey, but when you're looking for a 5-star meal with a 5-star experience, it's definitely worth it.
