Has super bad reviews on City Search, too!
Rude! I've bought several jewelry sets here and often stop by when I fly in from Seattle. During my last trip I bought some earrings that hang crooked. I took it back during my next trip and was informed that the no returns or exchanges applies to broken stuff, too. Huh?!?!
The owner implied that I was returning it after I had already worn it to a party. I asked for them to be fixed or replaced by identical ones (i.e. I still wanted the set, not to get my money back or get over on him) and he became rude and shook his finger in my and my sick mom's face!!! He told me he had enough business to care if I shopped there again even though he knows I come from far away. When the boyfriend called, he said he can be as rude as he wants to be since he's across the alley from Naz 8, he will always have business. Uhh...okay.
Also has a store Dublin.
Too many other awesome and convenient places to go to bother with this place.
