I had a terrible experience with this U-Haul location. I had reserved the trailer for the whole day, only to find out they had rented it out to someone else in the early afternoon, making me unable to have any time to use it at all. Not only that, there seems to be a communication breakdown between employees and the manager. I called to change my reservation once before the day, which they didn't record or change. When I called to cancel due to their over-booking I got a snotty attitude from employee. Then, I got a call from the manager a few hours later asking why I hadn't come to pick up the trailer. After all of this nonsense, they still charged me and refused to take it off! Terrible, horrible service and unfriendly to boot. I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you feel like getting screwed over on your moving day.
