I liked everything about this company. Jackie, the woman who set my appointment up, was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and got me scheduled right away after I contacted them online (I got free earthquake straps that way). Jim, the installer was the same. He was downright honest, professional, and clearly had the knowledge and experience to do a great job. He didn't do any unnecessary work and even showed us how to do basic fixes ourselves. Plus, he gave us lots of great advice, even on prolonging our furnace!
I have NO complaints about WA Water Heaters, and after getting a ton of estimates ranging from $1000 to $2000, it was so refreshing to deal with a company that was absolutely honest and interested in doing the best job at a great price. It seems like they care about the customers more than padding their bottom line.
In short, I won't hesitate to recommend Washington Water Heaters to everyone I know. Finding them was a big ordeal, but I'm glad I really did my research and finally found such a great company to do the job!
