Review content:
We've been bringing our dogs here since they opened in the nineties, and I knew Kit and Fran before that. The prices are reasonable and there has never been an issue that hasn't been carefully tended with me being notified immediately. Once my dog had a medical situation while in the tub. The situation was handled calmly with my involvement every step of the way. This is the kind of service I expect from a professional in ANY field, which is why I choose to send our terriers to these folks. We've referred at least a dozen of our friends and acquaintences to West End over the years and they've all been satisfied. I also recommend them to the total strangers reading my post :)
Pros: great care for our pets, great location, reasonable prices
