Bad: I went to this salon because it can highly recommended. I specifically went over how I would like my dog's hair cut; 1/2 inch off, puppy cut, not to look like a poodle even though she is part poodle.. Improvements: When I arrived they had done exactly what I told them not to do and that was cut off all her hair. The really annoying part is that they did not give her any water..
