When it was time for my automobile to have the license plates renewed, I had to find a new facility to use and Glen's Auto was recommended to me by a family friend.
It was very easy to get an appointment - the same day actually - and I was told that they schedule appointments either to be while you wait or drop off. I chose to wait.
I observed them giving a very thorough inspection to my vehicle, checking for things that weren't even on the Missouri inspection list. After the mechanic was through the job, he advised me that I had a couple of screws missing from a piece of the exhaust on my vehicle. I was waiting for him to offer to fix it for a large fee, but he advised that I could just go get some of the same screws at an automobile parts store and fix it for less than $1.00 compared to what they would charge.
I was very impressed by their honesty and the swiftness of their service. I'll definitely take my vehicle in if I need any repairs done.
