Review content:
Image International is a tile company. We went and checked out the tile for our kitchen and scheduled an appointment for them to come out to our home for an estimate. We waited for them to show up and they never did. They did not even call that day to say that they weren't coming. The next day they called and said they would come that day. They did not come that day either and never called to apologize. We have decided to go with another company since this company cannot keep appointments and does not even give their customers the benefit of a telephone call to tell them that they are not coming so that the customer doesn't have to wait around all day for them to not show up.
