I took my car to Elmhurst Auto, seeing as I had just moved to the area and it was convenient. It had an oil leak which led into a transmission problem and the then axle. I started suspicious since each time I took the car to them they found something new wrong with it and the old problems always. After taking the car to no less than 3 other mechanics, it was confirmed that none of the work was done. I sued for all my money back $1500 and did not get a dime back due to the judge saying I had insufficient evidence.
Never again will I be cheated. Always get a second opinion if you don't know cars.
