Being an unfortunate customer of Maid Brigade In N.W. Houston has cost me more time and money than there worth.
I could go into how they stole a designer purse or how they would be 4 hours late (if they showed up at all) without calling.
I could mention about how they left divots in the walls from their vacuums or billed my account an extra $100.00.
Of course, all this was of no concern to them. A call to their corporate office and a complaint to the B.B.B. got me the $100.00 back but no money to replace the purse or repair the walls.
A Maid service is great and have since found one that does much more work for a lot less money.
DO NOT USE MAID BRIGADE OF NORTHWEST HOUSTON!!!!!
