Review content:
First it took almost 3 months.
But when we finally received the 2 curtains for almost $700.
One of the two is defective. When the curtain is pulled 1/2 way up, it is
actually tilted on one side.
JC Penney & Levolor agreed to credit back a small amount of money for
the delay of merchandise. But since we paid by ATM, they held 2 gift
cards for us to pick up when we go pick up the curtains. But we were
told that the 2 gift cards were stolen when we went into the Pleasanton
JC Penney Home Store to pick up our curtains. So now we have never
gotten any gift cards. After 3 months of waiting, you think you will get
extra perfect curtains. Wrong.
