Businiess name:  Texas Pride Carwash
Review by:  Christina M.
Review content:
I went to Texas Pride Car Wash on Broadway in Pearland on 10/14/07 and had $1100 worth of personal property stolen from my vehicle. When we brought it to Managements attention they admitted to receiving other claims of missing property they past two days. They apologized many times and said they would do an internal investigation but that they are not liable. In a nutshell they acknowledged that things were stolen out of my vehicle by one of their employees but that they are not liable. On top of that they did a horrible job washing my vehicle and did not offer a refund on the car wash - I basically spent $30 dollars to have my vehicle broken into. Pearland Police dept. was quick to respond and was very polite but unfortunately there was little that they could do other than file a report. Please take this as a lesson to make sure that you remove all valuables from you car before getting it washed.
