I bought jewelry from Zales at the Parks and an expensive lifetime warranty that allowed for me to have a yearly diamond adjustment, rhodium plating and cleaning. They gave me a thermal receipt as proof of purchase which fades after a few months. When I brought the receipt in to Valley View for my last cleaning and informed the manager of the issue, she assured me that I would be able to continue to get my services. But, her word was like the word of the company's...no good! Their corporate office conveniently "purged" all records (read:lost), and my money and services disappeared with it. To make matters worse, the region manager was rude and made no efforts to remedy the situation. Don't buy jewelry from here if you plan to keep the pieces and want a dependable warranty and reliable service.
