Businiess name:  Rosa's Pizza
Review by:  Alan H.
Review content:
This place is nearly perfect. With the exception of the difficulty in getting a take-out menu (I have one from about 8 years ago should be listing it on eBay shortly -lol) Rosa's provides one of the very best pizza's you can find in the whole Eastern Shore. I'll admit that you can find a quicker pie, the trade-off is in flavor and texture. The sauce is rich with tomato on the sweet side, nice balanced garlic and distincly lacks the over herbed bitterness that is common with pizzeria wannabees. Crust is clearly hand worked and the glutens elasticity is pronounced. Get your fast food quality pizza elsewhere, Rosa's is top quality and worth the wait. For my money the very best offering is a medium cheese for the traditionalists (no need to over top). For the topping adventuristas go with a medium with capicola and sweet pickled peppers.
