Review content:
I regret the first reviewer hasn't had the same experience that my husband and I have had over and over. We have had wonderful customer service from the staff at J & R... They were very helpful in tuxedo rentals, alterations needed before our cruise as well as new clothing needed following a promotion. We are grateful to keep our spending local and not have to fight the mall crowds and traffic. The prices are reasonable for the quality, selection and location.
