Review content:
The first time I went here I had a great experience and really liked the gentleman than I worked with. I liked him so much in fact that I decided to come back the next day and purchase a car from him. So, I came back the next day and got stuck with a man who I am really sorry we worked with. He was so rude and addressed only my husband and not me- even after my husband said something to him. We also complained to his manager and said that this second gentleman would not get the credit for the sale and that the first gentleman would. It is the year 2007 people- get with the times! Know your clients and know that women work and make more money then they ever have at any other time. It was my decision what to buy- Not my husbands. Well anyway, we bought the car and the "thank you" letter came from the second gentleman who it should not have. What is worse is the customer service representative called and asked if everything went smoothly. Obviously the manager never filtered this up. We are really disappointed with how this establishment is run. We do like the one guy and he was fantastic and not your typical slimy salesman. But, I would be wary about who you are dealing with. In the future, I will look everywhere else first.
