You pay 29.95 for salad bar and meat, and pay extra for drinks and dessert. The salad bar has lots of fancy food on it like fresh mozzarella, portabella mushrooms, real crumbled bacon, pearl onions, cocktail shrimp, fresh steamed vegetables, and this avocado dressing that sounds gross but tastes heavenly! (It's like Ranch with a twist...it's so great.) There is usually pasta salad and soup and some other stuff like rice but can't remember everything. You also have coasters on your table that say "Yes" or "No". When you're ready for meat, turn your coaster to "Yes" and waiters will stop by and offer you fillet mignon, garlic encrusted pork loin, bacon wrapped chicken, prime rib, lamb, sausage, and other meats. I think there are 11 or 12 different meats they offer. When you're full or working on what you already have on your plate, you turn your coaster to "NO" and they don't offer you anything. I'm not a big meat eater, but everything in the restaurant tastes delicious, and my husband could LIVE there. He thinks it's a great value for the quantity and quality of meat you get. It's ok to take kids, and reservations are recommended but not required. We usually call ahead, but MOST of the time there's not a long wait anyway.
