You signed me up for a membership without my consent, and didn't even let me into the club at the time my family was just passing through town and was only in troy for 2 days. Even though both my parents were members (and after one renewed that day) you wouldn't let me in as a guest because i was once a member at a different ballys in Chicago for 3 months a while back. Then a few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for a membership and had to go through an ordeal just to get them to cancel it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NAME IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A MEMBERSHIP (and they have you on file), THEY WILL SIGN YOU UP WITHOUT YOU KNOWING AND HUNT YOU DOWN!!! Chad cooper (the manager at the time at the troy ballys) should be fired. Never again will I go to a Ballys, lifetime fitness and x-sport are a hundred times better. The only good ballys is the one on N. Ave Beach.
