Review content:
Fusion Fitness is the new name of gym's popping up around Bradenton. It is also the new name of the old Westbay/Genesis. The interior has been renovated and it is now extremely nice inside compared to when it was Genesis/Westbay. The floors, the lighting, the layout, the lounges, everything. The new staff's attitudes have improved greatly over Genesis and are very kind. Overall, I find the Fusion Fitness rendition of Old Westbay has been rehauled for the better since I was a member, and new things have been added like kid's care, and a revamped women's part of the gym.
I've been in the Fusion Fitness located on 1st St. by the DMV a couple of times, which used to be the old Gold's Gym. It hasn't really changed much at all, but it has always been a pretty nice gym. The rendition of Fusion over there as of now is still visibly a little rough around the edges, but I think they'll do well with it if given some time.
From what I know the gym located on Anna Maria Island has also been bought by Fusion, and Id heard of renovations taking place at that location, although I haven't been inside yet, I'm assuming it has improved from what I am told.
Of course you can go to any of these gyms on the same membership. And being the gym's just opening they offer some pretty good prices.
