Good: I liked the location and the view. I liked the assigned parking place, the washer/dryer in my unit, the deck and the fireplace. The apartment was very nice.. Bad: The property manager, Michael B.; very unprofessional; an arrogant jerk. Through hearsay he mistakingly thought an incident occured in my unit and entered apartment without knocking or obtaining permission. He let himself in just as I finished taking a shower. As I opened bedroom door to walk out in the hallway, I opened my bedroom door and MICHAEL WAS STANDING IN THE DOORWAY! I almost walked right into him! He scared the daylights out of me to say the least. Good thing I have no hear condition.. Improvements: Firing Michael B. Then the place would probabaly be OK. Other: The maintenance manager, Mario, is extremely nice. He is efficient, professional, very neat when he works and fixes thing thoroughly and quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Mario. He is an asset to the Lafayette Highlands, he's the best..
