I have been a fan of the JC Penney's portrait studio from the time that my daughter was born, but I hadn't actually shopped in a JC Penney retail location in several years. All of that changed when they opened this new location which is near my home. This location is "stand alone" and isn't in a shopping center or mall. I signed up for their mailing list and received my first coupons shortly before Thanksgiving. One of the best coupons I received was for $10 off of any purchase of $10 or more. I have found that JC Penney's has reasonable prices on children's clothing and that the clothing is both cute and durable. I ended up buying quite a few Christmas presents here and plan on checking out their post holiday deals (which I also received coupons in the mail for) as well.
On December 26th, they will be offering "Doorbuster" specials from 6 a.m.-11 a.m. In addition to discounts on holiday decor (70% from 6 a.m.-noon), some other "Hot deals" include:
*60% off children's OKIE-DOKIE fall separates, sets, and coveralls
*60% off entire stock of sterling silver jewelry
*60% off men's games and gifts
If you have an actual copy of their advertisement, it also includes coupons for $ off purchase if you shop in the evening. You can usually get a copy of these in the store as you walk through the door.
