I have been a customer at Pong Imports Auto Service for five years running now. Their generosity is an outstanding point in their services and is what makes it stand out. A couple of days ago, I had hit a very bad pothole a few miles from my house, which is in Mt. Prospect, and it had badly damaged the axle in my car. I had never had anything like this happen to me before. I called Lee at Pong's in a panic, not knowing what to do since it was just after regular work hours and I wasn't a part of any service programs like AAA. He was so nice and calmed me down. Lee even kept the shop open several hours after it was supposed to close so he could wait for the tow truck to drive to the shop! There are no other mechanics who would have been so nice. I have to agree with the other reviewers that I most definitely trust Pong Imports.
