Hello Portland is a new bright spot on shiny Northwest 23rd. Just a year old, Hello Portland has a cool retro vibe with its old fixtures, checkered floor, and vintage artwork. It's a modern-day general store with different sections: holiday, toy, baby, girlfriends, party, office...you’ll find something nifty for everyone on your holiday gift list. In fact, we found ourselves racking our brain trying to think of more people we could buy for just so we could walk out of there with more of their whimsically unique inventory. The baby section has the best diaper bags, onesies with a sense of humor ("someday I'll egg a house"), and adorable shower gifts. They have funky office gifts if you happen to be a Secret Santa and haven't a clue what to get. And they carry old-fashioned toys and stocking stuffers galore, great wrapping and party hats, and tons more. Hello is indeed a general store for nifty living, and we think it's swell they've picked Portland for their new digs..so we highly Pick them.
