Review content:
I read the rave review on Judy's Book and decided to try Benno's. WHat a mistake. the girl cut my hair at least an inch shorter than I told her to. Then when I got upset the manager came over and said " I knew she didn't understand what you meant" and proceeded to make me feel like it was all my fault. I was so freaked out by my short hair that I shut down. All I wanted to do was LEAVE! I was thinking "if you knew she didn't understand , why didn't you say anything?" Don't go to this shop unless you don't care how your hair looks when you leave. What a nightmare! The worst part was that the manager completely didn't care that I was dis-satisfied.
