Family style Italian restaurant. Lively happy atmosphere, sometimes a bit noisy. Best for groups when you are celebrating birthdays or graduations. For big groups, use the separate party room with special menu that serve bigger portions than in the dining room. Caveat - in the party room there is an enforced time limit and your party may be rushed through the meal. Seating can be crowded if there are a lot in your party. Most dishes are prepared well. Shrimp scampi, calamari are excellent. Zucchini fritti is very lightly fried, a delicious vegetarian appetizer. Spaghetti is uninspired, ravioli is better. Chicken or veal francese is excellent as is chicken scarpiello - though it takes a long time to prepare. Service is okay - when it is busy, it is hard to catch the waiter and there may be long waits between dishes. There's a tendency to rush you through the meal - ignore them and take your time.
