Review content:
I was (along with others)very disappointed in the service at my Son's wedding reception . As the Mother-of-the- Groom , I felt there should have been "someone" at the doors of the Ballroom to make sure the "Wedding Party" were seated together . I , along with my son's , sister-in-law , nephews , & a friend were in the back where we couldn't see , and where I had to maneuverer My way with great difficulty through the crowd just to get to the dance floor for the "Mother & Son " dance . With all of the Wait staff that was present , We were passed over repeated times for drink refills, and never asked if we needed anything . I was clearly a part of the "Wedding Party" (having been wearing a large matching coursage on my dress ) and later having been called to the front to join the rest of the Family . I believe the Staff should be better educated in recognizing family members and assisting them to appropriate seating . Thank You very much for your time , Mrs. Betty L. Gardner
