Having a sick pet can cause enough anxiety, but when you are faced with a banker vet, it is exasperating! This doctor diagnosed my cat with a urinary tract infection, wanted to charge me $125 to feel his bladder, take his temperature, and give his opinion, and then because he wouldn't accept my personal check, refused to give me medicine to treat the cat's infection. What made this worse is that he spoke to me as if I was a common criminal and just assumed that I was going to cheat him out of payment. I had only $50 cash on me and I offered to give him my debit card # and asked if he could take the balance from my account in TWO (not 30) days. He refused and told me to come back for the medicine when I could make the rest of the payment. The day after this visit, my cat developed a fever and was in extreme distress. I took him to another clinic and now have to pay $350 to have his tract unblocked. DESPICABLE!!!!!!!! If I could give this so called vet no stars I would have.
