He is great. My first experience with him was calling around on a Saturday morning looking for advice on a broken key in the ignition. He'd never serviced our car, but gave us good advice. We didn't end up going in for service, but I remembered how honest he was, so we took it in to him when my car was driving funny. He explained it in plain English what was wrong and how long it would take and how much it would cost. I have been going to him ever since. I was kind of bummed looking for a "new" used minivan because we weren't looking for the Quest. When we ended up purchasing a CPO Toyota Sienna, I looked up Toyota Repairs in the phonebook and lo and behold, he was in there! Yippee! He didn't think we needed to get a checkup for a CPO and tried to dissuade us, and to me that speaks volumes. He tries to get it done as quickly as possible (lower labor costs) and he did find a few things that we were able to get the dealer to fix! Okay, I'm too young to remember real service, but it seems like he's a throwback to good old American service!
