Businiess name:  Texas Roadhouse

Review content:
Last night my husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse. It was my first visit but my husband had been there before. I had heard of the peanuts on the floor but the floor was pretty clean when we got there. We were told it would be a 5-15 minute wait and we waited about 10 minutes. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who asked if we came there often. I told her it was my first visit. She offered to let me pick out my steak from the fresh cuts. She also set out everything on the table including hot rolls. She said something about a card and she would bring it back by. Our server greeted us with a smile and too asked if we came there often. When I said it was my first visit she welcomed us and explained a bit about how things worked. She talked about hot rolls, made from scratch dressing and fresh cuts of meat. She said the ribs are awesome. She recommended them as an appetizer. She also recommended a margarita since it was happy hour. While we were waiting for our appetizer, Cheese Fries, the manager came by our table. He said he'd heard it was our first visit and he wanted to welcome us. He said he'd be available if we needed him. The hostess stopped back by and gave us a card to fill out for a drawing. The manager came back with a coupon for a free appetizer at our next visit. The server was very attentive to our needs. The manager stopped by several times not in an intrusive way but like an old friend stopping by to say hi. We felt like VIPs in the place! The food was exceptional. Our appetizer was cheese fries. They were piled high with cheese and bacon bits. We also added the ribs to our appetizers too. They were falling off the bone and the BBQ sauce was great! Our meals were chicken strips- and they were very crunchy and 8 oz Sirloin Steak which was cooked to perfection. The house salads did not cost extra and were great for the price! I usually ask for Coke with grenadine and it was made awesome and she even added a cherry to it! I could not have asked for better service. I really felt like everything revolved around our visit. The food was perfectly timed and service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff knows how to work as a team and they have lots of fun serving!
