I would love to give this establishment 5 stars, but they were so unorganized it was ridiculous. None of the mom's ever knew what was going on and none of the staff knew either. It was really hard to get ahold of anyone. I am still awaiting a refund check because I overpaid due to lack of organization on their part.
I'm assuming it's because it is a satellite school and the larger locations aren't this crazy.
My dd did receive excellent training and they were VERY professional in class. She loved all of her teachers and it's a super dance school.
Hopefully they will get their act together and have it organized soon. We are wanting to put my dd back into ballet coming this spring and would love for her to take here again, if I have to call tons of times and when I do get ahold of someone they have no idea what they are doing though, it may not be worth it.
