Good: The store is always a wonder of smells and sights. Lots of one of a kinds and beautifully displayed. Bad: I have been in the store no less than 50 times but either they have a new employee or she never helped us before. In any case an employee named Brittany I believe didn say a word when we walked in and when we asked questions she answered them in manner that screamed annoyance but it was hard to understand while she was chomping on her gum. On another visit, my mother asked her about her return policy she picked up a card that has never been noticable in our visits and said "there are no returns or exhanges". Improvements: Older employees that know how to treat customers and if returns are not available, at least an exchange or store credit policy.. Other: I used to frequent the store going in every time I was in downtown McKinney and telling my friends about unique finds. My visits will only be on a must have basis now and I find that I am now warning my friends that if they go in, be prepared for what may greet them..
