Wow. Very poor experience here. This is a machine wash that will ruin you car. I thought it was a hand wash because they dry the car at the end of the line - but don't be fooled. When my car was finished I noticed 2 pieces of my car was missing (trim pieces)! One of the managers found a piece and it was mangled! They refused to reimburse me. Things happen but I though it was just bad business the way White Glove went about things.
If you go a little further down the same street (west) I found a fantastic hand car wash called Simon's.
